Sigma Inspection and Testing Pvt. Ltd. (popularly known as Sigma NDT Lab / SITPL) was established in year 2009, with an aim to provide array of quality NDT services at most economical rates, to meet growing needs of Foundries and Fabricators, by a young, energetic and brave science graduate, specially qualified [EN-Level- II (RT)] and multi disciplinary senior most RSO cum Entrepreneur Mr. Gautam K. Patel along with the support of his family. He is highly passionate for quality and commitment, be it office building, furniture and fixtures apart from resources for modern NDT Lab.
SITPL is a full flagged quality & customer oriented and NABL Accredited (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) NDT Lab. since inception. It is built on a plot measuring ~700 sq. mtr. and situated in Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Name Sigma firmly stands for “measurement of variability / Standard deviation” in performing NDT procedures to meet stringent quality requirements of our valued Customers.
Sigma NDT Lab. wholeheartedly offers array of NDT services like RT, UT, MPT, LPT and UTM. Using X-Rays, Gamma-Rays available from high quality sources like Ir-192 (up to 60 mm wall thickness) and CO-60 (up to 200 mm wall thickness) Isotopes as per ASTM and EN standards, at permanent lab. and also at local and outstation sites.
The NDT procedures are performed by well educated, trained, qualified (BARC Level-I and Level-II) and experienced radiographers who are supervised by competent BARC approved RSOs and have also earned high recognition from third party inspection agencies like TUV, LRIS, EIL, PDIL, BVQI.
